Bio:

I have been an artist all my life. Channeled towards getting a ‘real’ job I spent years in the mechanical engineering field, until I retired. I’ve now been gifted with the time and space to focus on my love for creating art, from sculpting and wood carving, to my current passion of painting with black and white acrylics on canvas. This was inspired by Frank Leonard, a photographer of nudes and landscapes, and the brief experience I had studying with Ansel Adams during the early 1980s. Today, I especially enjoy working on larger canvases, portraying the figure beyond life size.
